When constructing an audio file from a recording, specify a recording as the source directory, and specify the path file name of the output audio file. The extension is usually specified as mp3.
After specifying the construction parameters, click the Start Construction Audio button to start the audio file construction process. Progress status is reported for each construction step during construction.
When constructing an audio file from a source master directory, the software constructs all the material from each chapter in each program in the specified source master directory into the corresponding audio file for that section. If you specify merging all sections into one audio file, the software merges the audio files of all sections within each chapter into the audio files of the corresponding chapter. If you specify merging all chapters into one audio file, the software merges the video generated for each chapter into one total audio file.
When all the audio files are constructed, the user can click the Open output file button to open the last merged audio file, and also click the Open output directory button to open the working directory.
The output directory contains the total audio files, the combined audio files of all the materials for each chapter, and the directory for each chapter. The directory of each chapter stores the audio file after merging all the materials in the corresponding chapter.
The video total directory is a total directory that contains all chapter directories constructed from the source total directory. When constructing audio files from such a video total directory, the audio files are extracted separately from the video files in each chapter's directory.
During the audio file construction process, the software will report the progress status of each construction step.
After the construction is complete, the output directory contains the audio file corresponding to each section of each chapter. If you specify Merge all audio files, the software will automatically merge all audio files into one audio file.
